Biography

Zhang Huaju: Currently works at Shanghai Youjiamei Medical Aesthetic Clinic. With more than 20 years of experience, he specializes in comprehensive eye surgery, double eyelid revision, injectable aesthetic treatments, and other procedures.

Signature Technique: Ultra-tension-reducing suture + DF dynamic fixation double eyelid surgery.

DF Dynamic Fixation Double Eyelid is a minimally invasive / incisional modified procedure that simulates the physiological dynamic structure of natural double eyelids. Its core principle is not to rigidly bind the skin directly to the tarsal plate, but to create a dynamic connection through the muscle-aponeurosis-orbital septum, allowing the double eyelid to move naturally and dynamically with eye opening and closing without stiffness.
Suitable Candidates: Those who desire natural, dynamic double eyelids with no visible scar when the eyes are closed; puffy eyes (fat type) and mild upper eyelid laxity; those with shallowing / disappearing suture double eyelids who want revision without a full incision that leaves obvious scars; and those who reject “overly wide internet-famous style, sausage-like folds, and an artificial look” and seek a natural, born-with appearance.
